In our first Deep Dive Video, we explore Machine Learning with a real-life example of what we can do with self-teaching algorithms.

Dr Stefan Pauli guides you through the process of how machine learning works and how it can help you with your production issues. In this video, we explore how we train ML-algorithms to examine our 3d-printing farm and the appearance of misprints.

To understand the problems of why some prints are of subpar quality, Dr Pauli uses the random forest algorithm to look for causes. Explaining in details how the algorithm thinks and how we can apply it to many different use-cases.

The video is all part of the Swiss Smart Factory Mission to bring knowledge and understanding about Subjects of Industrie 4.0 and how we transform the industry in the future.

Dr Pauli also creates workshops where you can learn more about Subjects like Machine Learning, Big Data and their application in Industrie 4.0.
