In the immediate vicinity of the main railway station is the new building of Switzerland Innovation Park Biel/Bienne where around 500 people work, research and study.

In this dynamic innovation environment, there is still some space available for future tenants seeking an exchange in the areas of digitalisation/industry 4.0, AM metal-based additive manufacturing with lasers, interdisciplinary innovation projects in the fields of medical technology and health technology or in the area of energy storage.

Meeting places

The SIPBB offers meeting zones for people in an innovation environment. The ground floor houses the bistro, the foyer with standing aperitif facilities and the auditorium for internal and external events, seminars and workshops for up to 180 visitors.

Ground floor

The large hall of the Swiss smart factory defines the ground floor and creates a striking impression even from the reception area.


With the three centers of competence and the engineering department, this floor is primarily the research level of SIPBB.

Second floor

Vocational education and training as the key to success. SIPBB offers an excellent range of training opportunities.


This floor offers space for rent, which can be fitted out specifically for the tenant.

Fourth floor

The rental areas are divided analogously to the third floor.
